Today, Los Angeles’s Moaning shared the video for “Connect The Dots,” the latest single from their highly anticipated sophomore album, Uneasy Laughter drops tomorrow via Sub Pop Records.

Of the track, Sean Solomon says:
“The song is about realizing you need help and being brave enough to ask for it.
It’s a misconception that asking for help is a sign of weakness.

“Connect The Dots” was directed by Campbell Logan who notes “I created this video with the intention of inspiring self-forgiveness, something I think we should all practice.
Making it gave me the opportunity to practice an approach that I like to call Filmmaking Simulation, which is a process of doing film production using virtual cinematography, set design and performance.
The result is photorealistic and mimics live action.
We had an extremely quick turnaround on the video, but were able to complete it in a little over a month, and despite these hurdles I’m so proud of it!”

Dutch trio The Homesick released their second album The Big Exercise on February 7, 2020 via Sub Pop.
The Big Exercise brings them to more grounded, tangible pastures.
With its title ripped from a passage in the Scott Walker-biography Deep Shade Of Blue, the record is a concentrated effort by Jaap van der Velde, Erik Woudwijk and Elias Elgersma to explore the physicality of their music in fresh ways.
I really this album not because they are the awesome label but it mixes post-punk and indie pop music into an unique linear album.

Love a band name that has alot of connotations or give you the giggles.
Los Angeles band Moaning today released the music video for Ego.
Ego is taken from the upcoming album Uneasy Laughter out on March 20, 2020 via Sub Pop Records.

What happens when an abrasive rock trio trades guitars for synths, cranks up the beats and leans into the everyday anxieties of simply being a functioning human in the 21st century? The answer is Uneasy Laughter!
